With years of exposure in leading finance across multiple global enterprises and managing various departments, she excels at delivering strategic CFO services that drive business objectives forward. She collaborates with medium-sized business owners and Boards of Directors to be a strong financial partner for their success. Her principal areas of focus involve alleviating financial management pressures from owners/CEOs through building a strong financial strategy, process improvements and efficiencies, assembling strong finance teams, and developing specialized reporting packages that enable owners to make informed financial, operational and overall business decisions.

With a Diploma in Business-Accounting, 15 years of experience, almost 10 of which is providing bookkeeping services for small businesses, Crystal excels at finding efficiencies and process improvements for delivering services to Balanced Solutions clients. Highly detail oriented, she strives for accuracy and enjoys working through challenges to put in place organized systems and apps to deliver quality financial products.
